Sarah Hart and Peter Hart

Sarah, my wife of thirty-seven years, is a significant supporter of Hart’s Desire Oysters (HDO). Sarah is both our web master and in charge of merchandising. And once she even helped clean an oyster bag. When not working on Hart’s Desire Oysters, Sarah can be found working at the Carlisle Mosquito newspaper as a writer and editor.

Peter is the technology savant on the HDO technology team.  With both an undergraduate and graduate degree from Mass Tech, no PSET is too great a challenge, and every corridor can be navigated.  While not working on the farm, Peter can be found working on the “tech staff” at Perplexity, a leading AI startup.
