Sarah Hart

Sarah, my wife of thirty-seven years, is a significant supporter of Hart’s Desire Oysters. Sarah is both our web master and in charge of merchandising. And once she even helped clean an oyster bag. When not working on Hart’s Desire Oysters, Sarah can be found working at the Carlisle Mosquito newspaper as a writer and editor.
