Katherine Hart

Our eldest daughter is our very first official farm hand. Some of her many contributions include helping build oyster nurseries, cleaning oyster bags and cages, and drafting to-do lists. Additionally, Katie is in charge of our Instagram site (please follow us @ hartsdesireoysters) and digital branding. One recent accomplishment is successfully trademarking Hart’s Desire Oysters.

When not working with oysters, Katie works as an attorney. Her focus is advising startup companies and emerging technology ventures on a range of transactional matters, including corporate governance, equity financings, and M&A transactions
